- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Rich has been my insurance agent for the last 20+ years, through 2 house, 10 cars, 2 boats and 2 teen age boy drivers. Everytime I call or email, his office gets back to me within 12 hours with the answers or paper work I need. I travel and live internationally with limited access to phones, and always unusual insurance needs. Rich's office is all ways available via Internet, and he always goes to bat for me when my insurance needs don't fit into a routine "box". Thanks, Rich! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with Rich since I learned to drive...MANY, Many years! He strives for excellent service in an industry that is often impersonal. Today, I posted my woes on Facebook, one of which was that I had to get insurance involved for an icemake leak that caused my kitchen tile to crack. Rich called me! What insurance company does that?
